This session will introduce some important innovations to the NERUPI Approach to Evaluation. We will explain how our focus on short term benefits related to our activities with students and staff both complements impact evaluation and, importantly, improves our practice and effectiveness in access, success and progression. We will explore how a focus on people, process and context can enhance understanding of equity initiatives, and its relationship to the NERUPI Framework objectives and theory. We will be highlighting new guidance and tools to provide more practical support when undertaking evaluations and introduce the updated Members’ Area of the website where the information will be stored.
